用辣根过氧化物酶处理废水中的五氯酚

Treatment of Pentachlorophenol in Waste water Using Horseradish Peroxides

  • 摘要: 研究了用辣根过氧化物酶对五氯酚的模拟废水进行催化聚合处理的过程。结果表明,辣根过氧化物酶可以有效地去除五氯酚。反应的 最佳pH范围为4~5,去除率可达95%以上。聚合处理过程中五氯酚与过氧化氢的反应计量比为2:1。反应计量比以及处理过程中氯的释放 实验表明,五氯酚聚合作用的主要产物是二聚体。另外,反应速度与酶和过氧化氢的用量有关,增加酶用量或适量增加过氧化氢的用量可以明显缩短反应时间。
