江西省土地利用碳排放空间格局及碳平衡分区研究
Study on the Spatial Pattern of Land Use Carbon Emissions and Carbon Balance Zoning in Jiangxi Province

摘要: 应对全球气候变暖,推进可持续发展,逐渐成为世界的共识。二氧化碳浓度的升高,使得气候变化愈加严重,而土地利用变化是增加二氧化碳浓度的影响因素。基于土地利用数据、能源消费数据、构建碳排放计算模型,探究其江西省2000-2018年的碳排放空间格局特征,通过基尼系数、经济贡献系数以及生态承载系数分析区域内的碳排放空间差异以及碳收支情况,根据碳平衡分区提出差异化策略。结果表明:①江西省在研究期内土地利用碳排放总量逐年上升,从1215.687万吨增长到4907.425万吨,建设用地在碳排放总量中占据主导地位,碳汇中林地起到主要作用,研究区总体表现为净碳源,碳减排压力较大。②区域内碳排放空间格局为为北高南低,西高东低的特征。③从时间趋势来看,江西省净碳排放的空间分布由集中趋于分散,历年的碳补偿率均低于34%,且逐年递减存在空间差异性,经济贡献系数和生态承载系数的空间分布也具有显著差异性,且两者都处于下降趋势,说明江西省的碳排放经济效率以及碳汇能力在逐渐减弱。④基于碳平衡分析,根据相关指标可将江西省各地级市划分为五个碳排放发展功能区域:碳汇功能区、低碳经济区、碳强度控制区、高碳优化区碳。研究显示,江西省土地利用碳排放空间差异显著,协同减排的困难较大,应因地制宜地调整土地利用结构,推动该省低碳经济的发展。Abstract: It is gradually becoming a world consensus to cope with global warming and promote sustainable development. The increase of carbon dioxide concentration makes climate change more serious, and land use change is an influential factor to increase carbon dioxide concentration. Based on land use data, energy consumption data, and the construction of carbon emission calculation model, we explore the characteristics of its spatial pattern of carbon emission in Jiangxi Province from 2000 to 2018, analyze the spatial differences of carbon emission and carbon income and expenditure in the region by Gini coefficient, economic contribution coefficient and ecological carrying coefficient, and propose differentiation strategies according to carbon balance zoning. TThe results show that: ①The total land use carbon emissions in Jiangxi Province increased year by year during the study period, from 12,156,870,000 tons to 49,074,250 tons, construction land dominates in the total carbon emissions, forest land plays a major role in carbon sinks, and the study area generally shows a net carbon source and a high pressure of carbon emission reduction. ②The spatial pattern of carbon emissions in the region is characterized by high north and low south, and high west and low east. ③In terms of time trends, the spatial distribution of net carbon emissions in Jiangxi Province tends to be decentralized from centralized to decentralized, and the carbon offset rate is lower than 34% in all years, and there is spatial variability in the decreasing year by year, and there is also significant variability in the spatial distribution of economic contribution coefficient and ecological carrying coefficient, and both are in a decreasing trend, indicating that the economic efficiency of carbon emissions and the carbon sink capacity of Jiangxi Province are gradually weakening. ④Based on carbon balance analysis, the prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province can be divided into five functional areas for carbon emission development based on relevant indicators: carbon sink functional area, low carbon economic area, carbon intensity control area, and high carbon optimization area carbon. The study shows that the spatial differences in carbon emissions from land use in Jiangxi Province are significant, and the difficulties of collaborative emission reduction are greater, and the land use structure should be adjusted according to local conditions to promote the development of low-carbon economy in the province.
