Abstract:
Discarded fresh tobacco leaves are rich in organic matter, potassium and pathogens. Field composting can realize the harmless and resource treatment of tobacco waste at a low cost, but the related composting technology is lacked and its the product fertilizer efficiency is unclear. Discarded tobacco leaf field direct composting, waste tobacco inoculated with organic fertilizer or soil composting, and waste tobacco inoculated soil and added compound fertilizer were conducted for 98 days to obtain four organic fertilizer products, and these fertilizer products were applied into the pot test with and without the addition 50g or 75g chemical fertilizer, the results show that tobacco organic fertilizer application significantly increased the dissolved humic substance content in soil, improved soil catalase activity and inhibitd soil green blight. Individual application of organic fertilizer can significantly improve the plant height, stem circumference, leaf number, maximum leaf length, and maximum leaf width. In addition, tobacco organic fertilizer could also improve the efficiency of chemical fertilizer, the humic substances inhibited microbial nitrification process, promoted total nitrogen preservation and alkali nitrogen supply, with the waste fresh tobacco tillage soil compound fertilizer process preparation effect is the best. In addition, the humic components in organic fertilizer also improved the soil quick effect potassium and effective phosphorus content, promoted tobacco growth. Waste fresh tobacco leaves were composted in the field, and the products not only directly promoted crop growth, but also increased the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer and indirectly promoted crop growth.
