基于大型底栖动物生物完整性指数的永定河健康评价

摘要:
大型底栖动物生物完整性指数构建是河流生物评价和河流管理研究中的重要研究内容。本研究以永定河为研究区域,选择生物类群较为相似但人为活动较小的潮白河为参照区域,基于2017年4月永定河流域23个样点的大型底栖动物生物监测数据,构建永定河大型底栖动物生物完整性指数(B-IBI),评价永定河流域河流健康状况。通过对大型底栖动物33个生物参数的分布范围检验、Spearman相关性检验和箱线图判别分析,最终确定由总分类单元数、蜉蝣目(E)-積翅目(P)和毛翅目(T)个体相对丰度、优势单元个体相对丰度、摇蚊科个体相对丰度、敏感类群分类单元数、科级耐污指数(Family Biotic Index,FBI值)等6个指数构成核心指标。比较采用比值法和3分法构建的B-IBI评价得分体系研究表明,两种方法计算出的B-IBI均具有较高的判别能力(QI=3),均能较好判别参照水体和受损水体的健康状况,两者具有较高的相关性(r>0.90)。选取比值法评价永定河健康状况的结果表明,永定河23个样点中有16个处于较差状态,7个处于一般状态。永定河上游洋河B-IBI值为1.97处于较差状态,桑干河B-IBI值为1.86处于较差状态,永定河干流B-IBI值为1.78处于较差状态,妫水河B-IBI值为2.48,相对较好处于一般状态。研究结果表明,永定河大型底栖动物生物完整性基本丧失,全流域底栖动物群落呈现全面退化趋势,识别影响大型底栖动物群落的关键要素,恢复永定河河流生态系统结构和功能研究亟待开展。

River Health Assessment of Yongding River Based on Benthic-Index of Biotic Integrity

Abstract:
Benthic Index of Biotic Integrity (B-IBI) has been widely used in river health assessment and played an important role in river management. For the purpose of core indices selection and bioassessment of Yongdinghe River, macroinvertebrates samples in 24 sites throughout the river basin were collected in April, 2017. Meanwhile, due to the high level human disturbances in the sampling regions, the other 5 macroinvertebrate samples were used references, those samples collected at May, 2015 in Chaobaihe River in the similar season and same aquatic ecologically region. By using the distribution range evaluation, Spearman correlation analyses, and discriminatory power analysis, 6 indices were selected as core indices to construct B-IBI, including total taxa richness, relative abundance of Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, and Trichoptera (EPT), relative abundance of the most dominant taxa, relative abundance of Chironomidae family, taxa richness of sensitive taxa, and Mandaville’s Family Biotic Index (FBI). For the river health scores calculation, both ratio scoring method and three categories scoring method was used and compared to evaluate the effects of scoring methods. The results show that 16 sites were poor condition and 7 sites were fair condition among the 23 sites in Yongding River. There are no differences between the ratio scoring and three categories scoring. According to the ratio scoring, the health condition would be higher than 4.56 and unhealth condition would be lower than 2.28. The result confirmed the over degradation and the loss of biotic integrity of macroinvertebrates in the Yongding River. The average B-IBI score was 1.97 at the Yang River, 1.86 at the Sanggan River, 1.78 at the main stream of the Yongding River, and 2.48 at the Guishui River, respectively. It is urgent to identify the key factors affecting the aquatic ecosystems, setting up efficient restoring strategies for the structure and function protection in the Yongding River.
