肥料对土壤重金属有效态及水稻幼苗重金属积累的影响

摘要:为探究施用不同肥料对红黄泥和河沙泥农田土壤中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd有效态含量的影响,通过盆栽试验,研究了施用7种肥料(猪粪、鸡粪、紫云英、商品有机肥、磷肥、复合肥、化肥)对土壤重金属有效态含量及水稻幼苗重金属积累的变化特征. 结果表明:①不同处理红黄泥中Cu、Zn有效态含量变化不显著,猪粪、鸡粪处理显著降低了Pb、Cd有效态含量,且猪粪效果更明显,比对照降低13.4%、30.2%;②不同处理河沙泥中Cu有效态含量变化不显著,复合肥处理显著增加Zn有效态含量,比对照增加2300%,化肥处理显著增加Pb有效态含量,比对照增加31.6%,施用复合肥显著增加Cd有效态含量,比对照增加30.6%. ③红黄泥中商品有机肥、紫云英处理显著增加水稻根Cd含量,且紫云英处理效果更明显,比对照增加192%,猪粪、鸡粪、商品有机肥、磷肥处理均降低了水稻秸秆Cd含量,且商品有机肥作用更明显,比对照降低58.7%. ④在河沙泥中商品有机肥、紫云英处理显著增加了水稻根Cd含量,且商品有机肥处理效果更明显,比对照增加427%,猪粪、鸡粪处理均降低了水稻秸秆Cd含量,且鸡粪作用更明显,比对照降低29.2%. 研究显示,不同处理土壤中Cu有效态含量变化不明显,Zn有效态含量均有显著增加;磷肥处理能显著降低红黄泥中Pb有效态含量,猪粪、鸡粪、紫云英处理可显著降低红黄泥中Cd有效态含量,不同处理均能增加河沙泥中Cd有效态含量,且复合肥处理更明显;猪粪、鸡粪处理均能降红黄泥和河沙泥中水稻秸秆Cd含量.

Effects of Fertilizer on the Availability of Heavy Metals in Soil and Its Accumulation in Rice Seedling

Abstract:
Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of different fertilization practices on the availability of heavy metals Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd in different Parent Materials Soils, and study the accumulation of heavy metals in rice seedling. Pot experiment be conducted to study the influence of fertilizer( pig manure, chicken manure, milk vetch, commodity organic fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, compound fertilizer and chemical fertilizer) on the of availability of heavy metals in reddish clay soil and alluvial sandy soil, and study the accumulation of heavy metals in rice seedling. Under the test condition results show that: (1) The application of different fertilizer can not significantly influence the availability of Cu, Zn in reddish clay soil , the application of pig manure and chick manure can significantly reduce the content of Pb, Cd. What’s more, the pig manure is more apparent by 13.4%, 30.2%. (2) The application of different fertilizer can not significantly influence the availability of Cu in alluvial sandy soil, and the application of compound fertilizer can significantly increase the availability of Zn, the content increased by 2300%. The application of chemical fertilizer can significantly increase the availability of Pb, and the content increased by 31.6%. The application of compound fertilizer can significantly increase the availability of Cd, and the content increased by 30.6%. (3) The application of Commodity organic fertilizer and milk vetch can significantly increase the content of Cd in rice seedling root, the milk vetch can increase the content of Cd in rice seedling root by 192%. The application of pig manure, chicken manure, commodity organic fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer?can reduce the content of Cd in rice seedling straw, and the application of commodity organic fertilizer reduce the content of Cd by 58.7%. (4) The application of commodity organic fertilizer, milk vetch can significantly increase the content of Cd in rice seedling root on the alluvial sandy soil, and the application of commodity organic fertilize can increase the content of Cd by 427%. The application of pig manure and chicken manure can reduce the content of Cd in rice seedling straw, and the application of chicken manure can reduce the content of Cd by 29.2%. Research shows that: the application of different fertilizer can not significantly influence the availability of Cu in reddish clay soil or in alluvial sandy soil, and can significantly increase the availability of Zn content.The application of phosphate fertilizer can significantly decrease the availability of Pb content. The application of pig manure, chick manure, milk vetch can significantly decrease the availability of Cd content in reddish clay soil, the application of different fertilizer can increase the availability of Cd content in alluvial sandy soil and the compound fertilizer’s effect is more apparent. The application of pig manure, chicken manure can reduce the content of Cd in rice seedling straw.
