干木薯酒精废醪固液分离初探

摘要:
测定了干木薯酒精废醪在多种条件下的过滤比阻,结果表明,在过滤温度不低于60℃时,用饱和石灰乳(石灰2g/L)复配两性聚丙烯酰胺(APAM5mg/L)或单独用APAM(15mg/L)作为脱水助滤剂,废醪调质后过滤比阻降至4×1011m/kg以下,适合于真空过滤固液分离。调质药剂费0.6元/t。

Abstract:
The specific resistance of waste distillers from alcohol production with dry cassva was measured in various conditions.The results showed that the specific resistance of waste distillers reduced to below 4×1011m/kg after being coagulated with saturated lime liquor(lime 2g/L)and amphoteric polyacrylamide(APAM 5 mg/L)or only APAM(15 mg/L) at temperature over 60℃,and then waste distillers could be separated by vacuum filtration with chemicals cost of 0.6 RMB/t.
