天津临港石化企业VOCs排放特征及环境影响

摘要:
为研究化工园区VOCs排放特征及其环境影响,选取天津临港工业区内典型企业A、B、C、D、E进行重点监测,对其有组织、无组织各环节、厂界和敏感点的VOCs种类和浓度进行定性定量分析,并利用偏相关分析方法对其厂界和敏感点进行环境影响因素研究,结果表明,企业A、B、D、E有组织排放VOCs总浓度分别为2.323、1.155、3.300、35.847 mg/m3,其主要污染物分别为环己烷及其同分异构体、丙烯、丙烯腈、甲醇;企业A、B、C、D的无组织排放均以烷烃为主,主要污染物为甲基己烷及其同分异构体、正壬烷,企业E的无组织排放以醇类和烷烃为主,主要污染物为甲醇、正十一烷和乙烷;敏感点的主要污染物与各企业的主要污染物相似。偏相关分析表明,无组织排放是影响企业厂界VOCs浓度的主要因素;以生产丙烯为主的企业B对敏感点影响最大,相关系数为0.582(P≤0.01),是影响园区敏感点的主要污染源。

Emission Characteristics and Environmental Impact of VOCs in Tianjin Lingang Petrochemical Enterprises

Abstract:
In order to study the characteristics of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emission and its environmental impact in the chemical industry park, the typical enterprises A, B, C, D and E in Tianjin Lingang Industrial Zone were selected to monitor. The emitted VOC components and their corresponding concentrations were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed in the organized and each link of nonorganized emission sources, factory boundary, as well as the sensitive sampling points. Meanwhile, study on environmental impact factors of factory boundary and sensitive point by using partial correlation analysis. The results showed that the total organized VOCs concentrations of A, B, D and E were 2.323,1.155,3.300,35.847mg/m3,and the main pollutants are cyclohexane and its isomers, propylene, acrylonitrile, methanol; The nonorganized emissions of enterprises A, B, C, D are mainly alkanes, and the main pollutants are methylhexane and its isomers, n-nonane. The nonorganized emissions of enterprises E are mainly alcohols and alkanes, and its main pollutants are methanol, n-undecane and ethane; The main pollutants of the sensitive point are similar to the enterprises. The partial correlation analysis showed that nonorganized emission was the main factor affecting the concentration of VOCs in the factory boundary. Enterprise B, which mainly produces propylene, has the greatest influence on sensitive points and the correlation coefficient was 0.582 (P≤0.01). Enterprise B was the main pollution source affecting sensitive point of the chemical industry park.
