昆明市大气总悬浮颗粒物和PM2.5上多溴联苯醚的分布特征和潜在风险

摘要:
为了探究PBDEs(多溴联苯醚)在昆明大气中的环境行为,于2014年3月对昆明8个取样点大气TSP(总悬浮颗粒物)和PM2.5样本进行了收集并利用GC-MS技术对其上附着的PBDEs的13种同系物进行了测定,进而对TSP和PM2.5上PBDEs的分布特征和潜在风险进行了分析。结果表明:附着在TSP上的13种PBDEs的浓度(质量浓度)范围为21.10~175.00pg/m3。而附着在PM2.5上的PBDEs的浓度范围为7.45~149.00pg/m3,约占TSP中PBDEs的35.31%~85.14%,且高溴化的同系物(BDE-138到BDE-209)比低溴化的同系物(BDE-17到BDE-99)更容易附着在PM2.5上约占PBDEs浓度的8.50%~61.60%。其次,对大气颗粒物中PBDEs的潜在影响和空气吸入暴露剂量进行评估。研究显示,成人和儿童对PBDEs的DEDair分别在6.89~57.1和5.27~43.6 pg/(kg·d)之间,TDI分别在114.51~948.53和149.78~1240.68 pg/(kg·d)之间,远低于最低害水平(1mg/(kg·d))。BDE-99的TDI分别为10.98~72.28和14.36~94.55p g/(kg·d),均低于最低摄入水平(260pg/(kg·d))。因此,昆明市大气总悬浮颗粒物和PM2.5上的PBDEs对人体不存在健康风险。

The distribution characteristics and potential risk of polybrominated diphenyl ethers associated with total suspended particulates and PM2.5 collected from Kunming

Abstract:
In order to explore the environmental behavior of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in the atmosphere of kunming, the content and distribution, sources and potential risk of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) associated with total suspended particulates(TSP)and PM2.5 collected from Kunming were analyzed by gas chromatography with mass selective detection(GC-MS). Fistly, TSP and PM2.5 samples are collected in eight sites of Kunming in march 2014 and thirteen homologue of PBDEs associated with TSP and PM2.5 were measured. Results show that the ?13PBDE adhering to tototal suspended particles is 21.10-175.00 pg/m3. While the range of ?13PBDE adhering to PM2.5 is 7.45-149.00 pg/m3. That is to say, about 35.31%~85.14% of polybrominated biphenyl ethers are attached to particulate matter like PM2.5. And the results show that high brominated homologue to BDE (BDE-138 to BDE-209) are more likely to adhere to the PM2.5 than low brominated homologue (BDE-17 to BDE-99) to make up about 8.50% ~ 61.60% of PBDEs concentration. Secondly, the potential implications of PBDEs and the daily exposure dose by air inhalation (DEDair) of PBDEs in atmospheric particulates were estimated, and the result showed that the DEDair of adults and children is 6.89 ~ 57.1 and 5.27 ~ 43.6 pg/(kg·d), below the minimum level of harmless (1 mg/(kg · d)). The TDI of adults and children is 10.98~72.28 and 14.36~94.55p g/(kg·d), well below the lowest level of intake (260pg/(kg·d)). So, there is no risk of polybrominated diphenyl ethers associated with total suspended particulates and PM2.5 collected from Kunming.
