天津市春季道路降尘PM2.5中重金属污染及风险评价

摘要:
为研究天津市道路降尘PM2.5中重金属污染特征及健康风险,本文利用再悬浮系统将由降尘法采集到的道路降尘中粒径≤2.5μm的颗粒物悬浮至滤膜上,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对7种重金属进行分析。结果表明,道路降尘PM2.5中Ni、Pb、Cd、As、Mn、Cu和Zn含量平均值分别为37.05、82.50、1.73、25.65、380.18、201.08和736.43mg/kg;地累积指数显示Cd属于强污染,Zn和Cu属于中到强污染,Pb属于中度污染,As属于轻度污染,Ni和Mn属于无污染;健康风险评价表明,手-口摄入是道路降尘PM2.5中重金属进入人体的主要途径,儿童的暴露剂量和非致癌风险均高于成人,总非致癌风险次序为As>Pb>Mn>Cu>Zn>Cd>Ni,其中儿童手-口途径As的暴露风险商HQing及HI均为1.23,大于1,对儿童存在非致癌风险。其他重金属风险均低于限值,对人体无非致癌风险。道路降尘PM2.5中Ni、As和Cd通过呼吸途径对人体均无致癌风险。

Abstract:
: In order to evaluate the contamination and health risk of heavy metals in PM2.5 of road dust deposition during spring in Tianjin, PM2.5 were suspended by re-suspension system and their concentrations of heavy metals were analyzed by ICP-MS. The results showed that the average contents of Ni,Pb,Cd,As,Mn,Cu and Zn were 37.05,82.50,1.73,25.65,380.18,201.08 and 736.43mg/kg, respectively. The assessment results of geoaccumulation index showed that Cd was strongly contaminated, Zn and Cu were moderate to strong contamination, Pb was moderately contaminated, As was slight contamination, Ni and Mn were uncontaminated. Health risk assessment indicated that the main pathway of human exposure to heavy metals from road dust fall was the direct ingestion via hand and mouth activity. Meanwhile, the exposure dose and the non-carcinogenichealth risks for children were higher than the values for adults. The order of non-cancer hazard index of heavy metals was As>Pb>Mn>Cu>Zn>Cd>Ni. The hand-mouth ingestion of As reached 1.23 and exceeded the limit 1, indicating the need to protect the health of local children. Other metals didn’t exceed the limit of risk, indicating no potential health risk from these elements for children and adults. The carcinogenic risk exposure from Ni,As,Cd in PM2.5 of road fall dust could be negligible in Tianjin.S
