洪泽湖水体全氟化合物的赋存特征、来源及健康风险
Occurrence, sources and health risk assessment of polyfluoroalkyl substances in surface water of Hongze Lake

摘要: 洪泽湖是南水北调东线工程重要调蓄湖泊,该研究采用超高效液相色谱串联四级杆质谱测定了湖区和入湖河流的表层水15种全氟化合物(PFASs)的含量,重点研究洪泽湖水体的全PFASs赋存特征、来源解析及健康风险。结果表明,洪泽湖表层水中检出15种PFASs,∑PFASs浓度为63.4~218ng/L,中值92.9ng/L,处于较低健康风险水平。 PFASs组分以短链为主,主要污染物为PFPeA,占60.78%。PFASs的高浓度区域集中分布在洪泽湖湖心及过水通道区,其空间分布呈现由南向北递减的趋势。采用 HCA方法对PFASs进行来源解析,结果表明洪泽湖表层水中PFASs主要来自地表径流、橡胶品制造、食品包装和纸类表面处理的工业排放、纺织和金属电镀工业排放和生活污水。研究结果可以为洪泽湖PFASs污染防控提供科学依据。Abstract: Hongze Lake is an important adjusting and storing Lake of the project of South to North water transfer. In this study, the pollution levels, characteristics, distribution, sources, and health risks of 15 perfluorinated compounds (PFASs) were investigated in Hongze Lake, and PFASs were analyzed by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UPLCMS). The results showed that a total of 15 kinds of PFASs were detected in t Hongze Lake, and the concentrations of ∑ PFASs ranged from 63.43 to 218 ng·L-1, with a median value of 92.9 ng·L-1, which was at a low health risk level. The highest mass fraction of PFPeA in the surface water was 60.78%, and mainly short-chain substances were dominant PFASs in surface water. Higher levels of PFASs pollution were mainly concentrated in the center and passage area of the lake, and its spatial distribution shows a decreasing trend from south to north. HCA method was used to analyze the source of PFASs. The results showed that PFASs in surface water of Hongze Lake mainly originated from surface runoff, industrial discharge of rubber products, industrial discharge of food packaging, paper surface treatment stations, discharge of textile and metal plating industry and domestic sewage. The research results can provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of PFASs pollution in Hongze Lake.
