Abstract:
The comprehensive three-dimensional air pollution observation network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its surrounding areas issued 38 types of standard operation procedures (SOPs) for observations and performed the comprehensive three-dimensional observations to solve the problems of insufficient air quality stations, scattered observations, no SOPs for the instrument, insufficient collection of data parameters and poor data comparability. The observation performed by the department of environment protection and scientific institutions improved the ability to quickly monitor the chemical composition of PM
2.5 during heavy pollution processes in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its surrounding areas ('2+26' cities) and classified the evolution of the regional air quality on the macro, meso and micro scales. Aimed at the lack of unified quality control, management, analysis, and image display technologies for multi-source atmospheric environmental data, and shortage of unified, safe and steady platforms for data collection, transmission, verification, storage and data sharing in the comprehensive three-dimensional air pollution observation network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its surrounding areas, this project established a comprehensive regional atmospheric environment monitoring database and data sharing application platform to provide high quality and different types of data for the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, local governments, scientific institutions and researchers.
