Abstract: With the developed environmental multi-objective decision system, this paper introduces the relation between the adjustment of industrial structure and the discharge of pollutants. The result indicates that 5 percent pollutant discharge may be decreased through optimization of industrial structure without increasing the investment of environmental protection and with assurance of economic profit.
