Abstract: After finishing the investigation of river water quality model and river network water quality model, we use river water quality model to construct programming modules of water quality modeling, model coefficient optimization and water environmental capacity optimum distribution and calculation. We also use river network water quality model to construct another programming module of river network water quality modeling and river network water environmental capacity calculation. Based on all these programming modules, an applied software system of water quality model is formed.
