Abstract: A Propagation model of power density in EM radiation in cities has been derived fromthe study of EM radiation test in the cities of Xiamen and Zhangzhou. In accordance with thepropagation model, the estimation of whole population exposure to nonionizing radiation in citieswas obtained by the method of actualdata acouisition from some selected Sites in combinationwith the calculation of Three Sites Evaluation.
