铬渣中全量六价铬溶取方法研究

A Extraction Method for Total Cr(Ⅵ)in Chromium Sludge

  • 摘要: 铬渣加工成-200目均匀样品,(1+10)H3PO4为溶取剂.密封.经0.12~0.14MPa压力,121℃高温处理30min。此法可溶取铬渣中全量Cr(Ⅵ).不影响Cr(Ⅵ)的价态形式,并可消除Fe(Ⅲ)对Cr(Ⅵ)测定的干扰。

     

    Abstract: The chromium sludge is the solid waste from manufacture of Na2CrO4.The sample is processed to 200 mesh and homogenized. The total Cr(Ⅵ)in chromium sludge can be extracted in theextraction condition of 30 min. 1+10 H3PO4,sealed,0.12~0.14 MPa, 121℃.
