Abstract: In this paper,the main contents of urban macro environmental planning has been discussedand the following three issues had also been addressed.The first was the sustainable level between e-conomy and environment,the second was the analysis of sustainable factors including strategic,policyand technical coordination between econorny and environment, and the third was the objectives andthe key measures of strategy of environmental protection.
