Abstract: Macroscopic environmental strategies and analysis of coordination factors are importantparts of macroscopic planning of comprehensive management of urban environment.It provides a sci-entific basis for carrying out the strategy of sustainable development and promoting the coordinateddevelopment of economy and environment.Based on the characteristics of Qinhuangdao city,this essay will:(1) examine macroscopically the coordination between the economy development and the en-vironment of Qinhuangdao so as to pinpoint the main problems;(2) describe how to coordinate econo-my and environrnent, and the coordination factors of problem solving.
