Abstract:
On a small-scale pulverized coal combustion apparatus, the following two techniques were researched, desulfurizing by directly injecting absorbent to pulverized coal and reducing of NOx emission by two stage combustion. The result showed that SO
2 removal rate is related with the variety, quantity and position of injecting absorbent, and two-stage combustion can reduce NOx emission. Compared with limestone and dolomite, when used as the absorbent for desulfurizing, calcium hydroxide has the best effect; When the absorbent is the limestone and Ca/S=4, the SO
2 removal rate is about 80%; The SO
2 removal rate is the highest when the injecting temperature is 1050℃. Suitable two-stage combustion can reduce NOx emission, but has some negative effect on SO
2 removal at the same time.
