Abstract: Diancangshan Mountain is famous in Yunnan Province, and is national nature preserve. Due to unreasonable intensive human activities, the bio-diversity of this area was threatened. This paper discusses the bio-diversity and its conservation and utilization in the Diancangshan Mountain Nature Preserve.
