Abstract: The middle region of Tibet “One River and Two Streams” is the birthplace of Tibetan culture and the center of Tibet.This region has unique ecological environment,special natural scenery and rich natural resources.It will enter a new development period in 21st century.But many ecological environmental problems also exist.From the point of environmental protection,this paper put forward the sustainable development ways with relatively stable manual ecological system.
