Abstract: With the design and development of the project China′s Provincial Environmental Decision Support System as an example, and consider especially the huge volumes and diverse types of environmental data, the principles and methods of the DSS spatial and attribute data structural design, based on the GIS technology and models methodology, is described in the paper.
