  • 摘要: 能源与环境耦合规划较单一的能源规划和环境规划有着很大的不同。该文较详尽地论述了城市燃煤与大气环境耦合规划研究的技术路线、所使用的模型及其求解方法。

     

    Abstract: The integrated planning of energy and environment is different from the individual energy planning or environmental planning in many aspects.This paper gives an example of such integrated planning,regarding especially the technical line,the mathematical model as well as the computation algorithm.
