Abstract: Transboundary movements of wastes from developed countries to developing countries with inadequate waste infrasturcture and lenient environmental laws have increased significantly these years.The mechanism and results of waste trade,especially illegal waste trade,was studied,relevant international conventions reviewed,and the countermeasures of China discussed.
