Abstract: Closed storage pond is an effective measure of disposing various waste water.The feasibility of using closed storage ponds to dispose production waste water in Shixi Oilfield was analyzed and researched from design,meteorology,geology and investment aspects.The conclusion was that this method could be used in similar regions for disposing production waste water.
