Abstract: Based on factual status of vehicle emission and special geographical and meteorological conditions of Jinan ,spatial distribu-tion of annual average CO and NO- concentration was calculated using ISCST3 dispersion model in the 1 96 km2 urban region ,finding out that the vehicle exhaust pollution in Jinan is serious . The key control areas to control the vehicle exhaust pollution are also identified.
