超临界流体萃取技术在我国有机污染分析中的应用

Application of Supercritical Fluid Extraction in Organic Pollutant Analysis in China

  • 摘要: 超临界流体萃取技术依靠超临界流体独特的物理化学性质,具有快速、高效、不使用或少量使用有毒溶剂、自动化程度高等特点。由于它优于传统的索氏提取法和液—液萃取法等,不仅在萃取土壤、粮食等固体样品中的有机污染物发挥了卓越的作用,而且还可以萃取固体吸附剂所富集的水质或空气中的有机化合物而进一步扩大了应用范围,因而在环境有机污染物分析领域得到了广泛的重视和应用。

     

    Abstract: The method of supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) has special physical and chemical properties,with high speed,high efficiency and high level of automation,using no or few toxic solvents.It is superior to Soxhlet extraction and liquid-liquid extraction.It not only extracts organic pollutants in solid samples such as soil and grain but also extracts organic pollutants in water and air collected and concentrated by solid adsorbents.The method is therefore widely used in the fields of anslysis of environmental organic pollutants.
