Abstract:
In order to investigate the transfer and transform rules and the lead carrying capacity of suspended particles, experiments on interactions between suspended particles and Pb(Ⅱ) in the Yellow River were conducted. The results showed that:①The cation exchange of Pb with suspended particles is in the form of PbOH+,with pH value range of 3~7.The exchange ratio of Pb2+ is nearly at its greatest value as pH=6.②The ion exchange ratio decreases as the concentration of Pb2+ rises.③The ion exchange ratio of lead is bigger when the exchange reagent is the transformed sand than it is the nontransformed sand.④The dissoluble lead of trace metal can be precipitated into solid phase except that they are adsorbed and exchanged into solid phase at the boundary surface of their suspended particles.
