一株芽孢杆菌所产絮凝剂的研究

Study of Efficient Bioflocculant Produced by a Bacillus Strain

  • 摘要: 从土壤中分离筛选得到一株能产生高效微生物絮凝剂(MBF)的芽孢杆菌A-9。A-9的培养实验表明,培养基的碳源、氮源、初始pH是影响MBFA9絮凝活性的主要因素。絮凝实验结果表明,用MBFA9处理高岭土悬浮液,效果明显优于其他种类MBF,且不需添加Ca2+及Al3+等助凝剂,用量也仅为一般MBF用量的1/10~1/100;处理含泥河水、硫化染料废水、淀粉厂黄浆废水,悬浮物及COD的去除率明显高于聚丙烯酰胺等传统的化学絮凝剂。

     

    Abstract: A bacillus strain named A-9,which can produce bioflocculant with high flocculating activity,was screened from fertile soil.The test results of culture for A-9 show that the carbon sources nitrogen sources and initial pH of the cultural medium have important effects on the flocculating activity of MBFA9.MBFA9 can flocculate Gaoling suspension better than other bioflocculants without synergistic effects of Ca2+,Al3+ and other agents,and its dose is about 1/10~1/100 of other bioflocculants.The tests of treatment of river water with silt suspension,sulfur dyes wastewater and yellow wastewater from starch factory were carried out.It was found that MBFA9 has higher clearance of suspended solid and COD compared with polyacryamide.
