磺化褐煤对Cu(Ⅱ)离子的吸附性能及应用研究

摘要: 研究了磺化褐煤(SBC)在不同溶液中吸附铜(Ⅱ)离子的动力学及用于镀铜废水的处理.结果表明,SBC对铜(Ⅱ)离子具有较强的吸附性能,pH值是影响吸附的主要因素,静电吸附是主要吸附形式,SBC吸附铜(Ⅱ)离子的最初速率与浓度成一级反应,吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温式.SBC用于镀铜废水的处理,得到了满意的结果.Abstract: The kinetics of Cu(Ⅱ) ion adsorption on a sulphonated brown coal (SBC) was investigated under various solution conditions,together with the treatment of electroplating copper wastewater with SBC.The results show that SBC has a better adsorption capacity,pH value is the main factor affecting the adsorption,and the static adsorption is the chief adsorption form.The initial rate of Cu(Ⅱ) ion adsorption on SBC is first-order with respect to its concentration in solution.The adsorption process exhibits Langmuir behaviour.This adsorption has been applied to the treatment of Cu(Ⅱ) ion in the electroplating copper wastewater with satisfactory results.
