Abstract: D-quantiative structure-activity relationship(3D-QSAR) is a frontier subject in the field of QSAR.This paper presented brief information about 3D-QSAR,expounded its difference from traditional QSAR,and summarized the development of 3D-QSAR in methodology and application. Further study of 3D-QSAR in the field of environmental science was also proposed.
