摘要: 利用Q67发光菌 (Vibrio qinghaiensissp .Nov . Q67)和鲤鱼肝微粒体芳烃羟化酶 (AHH)体外诱导实验评估某酸化处理工艺对抗生素废水的处理效果 ,探讨除利用常规的理化指标监测水质外 ,生物监测的必要性。Abstract: The acute toxicity of Q67 luminescent bacteria( Vibrio-qinghaiensis sp.Nov. Q67)and the induction of aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase(AHH)of carp liver microsome by antibiotic wastewater samples from the acidification sequence in one treatment was tested to evaluate the efficiency of acidification treatment to the wastewater.The results obtained demonstrated that besides the chemical analysis,the bioassay was essential to monitor the water quality.
