气相色谱法测定环境空气中的邻二氟苯

Determination of 1,2-Difluorobenzene in the Environment Air by Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 采用活性炭采样管可富集环境空气中的邻二氟苯,以二硫化碳作为洗脱剂,使用毛细管柱气相色谱法进行测定,相对偏差小于5%,方法的回收率为97%.相关系数为0.999 4,当采集体积为20 L、进样量为1 μL时,最低检出限为0.01 mg/m3.该法也适合污染源排放邻二氟苯废气的测定.

     

    Abstract: The activated charcoal tube samplers are used to concentrate 1,2-Diflurobenzene in the environment air.Carbon disulfide is used as desorption agent.The 1,2-Diflurobenzenen in the sample is detected by capillary column GC/ECD.The relative deviation is less than 5%,the recovery ratio of the method is 97%,and correlation coefficient is 0.999 4.When the sampling volume is 20 L and influent flow is 1 μL,the minimum detection limit concentratins are found to be 0.01 mg/m3.The method is also fit for determination of exhaust gas of 1,2-Difluorobenzene.
