新显色试剂的合成及在环境监测中的应用研究

Study on the Synthesis of A New Chromogenic Reagent and Its Application in Environmental Monitoring

摘要: 合成了一种新三氮烯类显色剂--6-甲氧基苯并噻唑重氮氨基-2,6-二溴-4-羧基苯(简称MBTDABPCP),并研究了其与镉的显色反应.拟定了在SDS存在的Na₂₄₇-HCl缓冲溶液(pH为8.5)中,测定镉的新方法.可用于废水中微量镉的测定.

Abstract: The synthesis of a new reagent 6\-Methoxy-Benzothiazolyldiazoamino-2,6-Dibromo-4-Carboxyphenyl (MBTDABPCP) and its color formation reaction with Cd(Ⅱ) are reported.In weak alkaline medium Na₂₄₇-HCl(pH=8.5) and in the presence of SDS,Cd(Ⅱ) reacts with reagent to form a orange-yellow complex.The interference of various ions has been studied and the method used for the determination of micro amounts of Cd(Ⅱ) in wastewater.
