Abstract: The authors adopt AHP-PCA method to comprehensively evaluate water quality of the Erlongshan Reservoir situated Heilongjiang Province and conduct survey of plankton-population structure.The results show that the reservoir has become eutrophicated water.According to the local circumstances,they come up with the concrete approach of decreasing N and P pollutants.
