有效微生物(EM)处理食品废水的试验研究
Experimental Study on Treatment of Food Wastewater with Effective Microorganism

摘要: 针对有效微生物群(EM)中含有好氧和厌氧微生物的特点,采用SBR反应器,进行了用EM处理食品废水的试验研究.结果表明,当进水CODCr为2 000~4 000 mg/L,pH为5.5~6.5时,向废水中投加0.5%~0.7%的EM复壮液,曝气12 h,沉淀10 h,CODCr的质量浓度可降为700~2 000 mg/L,CODCr去除率可达83.0%.Abstract: Considering the characteristic of effective microorganism(EM)containing aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms,using sequences batch reactor(SBR)process technology,EM was adopted to treat food wastewater.The results show that when the inlet CODCr content and pH is respectively in range of 2000~4000 mg/L and 5.5~6.5,under conditions that the rejuvenated EM seeded to food wastewater is 0.5%~0.7% and the aeration time and sedimentation time is respectively 12 h and 10 h,the concentration of CODCr is decreased to 700~2 000 mg/L, and a removal of 83.0% for CODCr obtained.
