Abstract: The scientific inclusion of green ecology and green GNP was given,their evolution elaborated,and the main countermeasures to construct green economy system proposed.The countermeasures include:continuously strengthening the intensity of industrial restructuring,applying and promoting green technologies and cleaner production processes,promoting cleaner production and ISO 14000 certification,and performing studies on theoretical and practical issues to adapt to green revoltuion.
