Abstract: In the fields of environmental science,the research of environmental disrupting chemicals is a hotspot.Up to now,there are around 100 kinds of environmental disrupting chemicals having been ascertained,but a large number of other environmental disrupting chemicals have not been ascertained yet.Therefore,the screening of environmental disrupting chemicals is the primary task at present.The authors summarized the newest advance of in vivo and in vitro screening technology on the environmental disrupting chemicals and prospected the trend of screening technology at home and abroad.
