Abstract: The authors describe and compare in detail several main methods used in leakage detection for landfill liners,including groundwater monitoring method,diffusion hoses method,capacitance sensors method,tracers method,electro-chemical sensing cables method and electrical method,etc.It is indicated that the electrical method is better than other methods.
