Abstract: The authors,taking Geermu-Wangkun part of the Qinghai-Tibet railway as an example,analyzed possible impacts of line-shaped construction projects on regional eco-environment,discussed the assessment methods for such impacts,and developed some principles and approaches to minimize the impacts in the light of landscape ecology.
