Abstract: The development,category and latest version of Mobile Source Emission Factor Model(MOBILE)released by U.S.Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) were described,and based on this technical idea,a set of Chinese vehicle emission models were developed.The vehicle classification,basic emission factor testing and related correction factors,etc.were introduced in detail especially.
