有机酸抑制斜生栅藻生长的毒性效应

Toxic Effect of Restrain Growth of Scenedesnus Obliquus by Organic Acid

  • 摘要: 采用国际标准指示生物--斜生栅藻研究了有机酸类的急性毒性效应.讨论了酸类的毒性程度与其分子结构的关系.结果显示:96 h的EC50值芳香族酸的毒性大于脂肪酸的毒性,且衍生物的毒性均比母体的毒性强.而含碳原子较少、水溶性较大的酸,毒性较弱.

     

    Abstract: By means of biological monitoring method,using international standard indicator organism,scenedesnus obliquus,the acute toxicity of many organic acids are studied.The varying degrees of toxic acids with the relation to their molecular structure have also been discussed.The results showed that the toxicity of aromatic acid,expressed in median effective concentration (EC50) in 96 h,is much stronger than the fatty acid and the toxicity of some tested derivatives is much stronger than that of mother substances.The toxicity is slightly weak for the acids with short carbon chains and for the acids soluble in the water.
