Abstract: Chemical environmental management is becoming more directly related to international trade.With China’s entry into the WTO,the risk of chemical pollution will increase and bring about big pressure in the chemical environmental management.It is essential to establish the legislation system that is adepted to the WTO,carry out risk assessment and risk management,recommend and apply international standards as many as possible,and actively take part in the international actions and the establishment of international regulation to enhance chemical environment management in China.
