Abstract: Pollutants registration system is one of basic works in environmental management field and needs technological support of modern information technology.The authors present the requirements analysis,system design,database framework,functional modules,technological architecture,implementation of .NET,and summary of system applications for Jiangsu provincial pollutants discharge registration.It gives a new thought and method to build environmental information system.
