Abstract: Through the assessment for the water resources of the Adjusting and Storing Lake marsh of the East Route Project of South to North Water Transfer,environmental protection measures were proposed to prevent the lake marsh water ecology form deterioration,which can reduce or eliminate the negative impacts of the engineering on the human being,and make the lake marsh water eco\|system develop in the direction benefit to the human being.
