壳聚糖分子量与絮凝剂投加量的关系模型

Model of Relationship between Molecular Weight and Flocculant Concentration of Chitosan

  • 摘要: 以不同分子量的壳聚糖为絮凝剂,絮凝3种不同初始浊度的皂土溶液,得到了壳聚糖分子量与絮凝剂最佳投加量的关系曲线,拟合得壳聚糖分子量和最佳投加量之间的关系模型,模型计算结果与实验数据点之间的相关系数分别为0.990 2,0.986 4,0.985 2.将此模型应用于实际自来水厂原水的壳聚糖絮凝处理过程,实验数据点与模型计算结果的相关系数达到了0.981 8,说明模型能够较好地应用于实际絮凝情况.

     

    Abstract: The bentonite solution of three initial turbidities was flocculated by chitosan of different molecular weight.A relationship curve between molecular weight and optimal concentration of chitosan was obtained and a relationship model between molecular weight and optimal concentration of chitosan developed by the fitting method.The coefficient between model simulation results and experimental data is respectively 0.990 2,0.986 4 and 0.985 2 under the three initial turbidities.The model was tested by chitosan flocculation experiments for raw water in actual water works,and the coefficient between experimental data and model simulation results was 0.981 8.
