快速资源化脱硫技术的实验研究
Experimental Study on Fast Desulfurizing and Its Resource Utilization Technology

摘要: 用强电离放电方法,将气体中大部分O2,N2,H2O等分子电离加工成高浓度的OH·,在高温、不外加催化剂和吸收剂的条件下,在等离子体反应室内将SO2直接氧化成为H2SO4雾,再用电收雾器加以回收成重要化工资源H2SO4。实验中就不同的原始φ(SO2),含水量以及放电间隙内的折合电场强度下,气体在等离子体反应室内反应时间的变化对脱硫率的影响进行了研究。实验数据表明,该法脱硫速度快,当原始φ(SO2),含水量以及折合电场强度分别为850×10-6,3 6%和370Td时,在0 74s左右的反应时间内,SO2脱除率可达到88 4%。Abstract: Using strong ionization discharge method,a majority of gas molecules in the air such as O2,N2 and H2O are ionized and made into OH· of high concentration.Under the condition of high temperature,non-catalyst and non-absorbent,SO2 is directly oxidized into fogdrops of H2SO4 in plasma reactor,and then is collected as an important resource in electric precipitator.In the experiment,the effect of the changes of reaction time in plasma reactor on desulfurizing efficiency under the condition of different SO2 primary concentration,water content and reduced electric field intensity is studied.Experimental data show that desulfurizing is fast by this method.When SO2 primary concentration,water content and reduced electric field intensity are respectively 850×10-6,3.6% and 370 Td,desulfurizing efficiency can attain to 88.4% in about 0.74 s.
