有机污染物正辛醇/空气分配系数研究进展

Progress on the Study of the Octanol-Air Partition Coefficient

  • 摘要: 总结了20世纪90年代以来正辛醇 空气分配系数KOA在有机污染物环境行为评价中的应用以及KOA的实验测定和理论预测方法。KOA是表征POPs在空气和环境有机相中分配的一个重要参数,对于POPs的环境行为评价具有重要意义。已经发展了一些实验测量及理论计算KOA的方法,但更多的POPs的KOA值及其温度依附性数据是空白,需要发展更为简便的KOA实验测定和理论预测方法,并进一步应用到挥发性和半挥发性有机污染物的环境行为评价中。

     

    Abstract: The application of octanol-air partition coefficient(KOA) in describing the fate of organic pollutants in the environment and the methods to determine or predict KOA values since 1990s are reviewed.KOA is a key descriptor for describing the partition of organic pollutants and especially persistent organic pollutants(POPs) between air and environmental organic phases.The experimental measurement and theoretical estimation of KOA were developed,but many more KOA values and their temperature dependence data of other POPs leave undetermined.It is needed to develop simpler method to estimate KOA values and their temperature dependence which will be applied to the evaluation on their behavior in the environment.
