硫酸盐还原菌混合菌群胞外聚合物对Zn2+的吸附和机理

Zn2+ Sorption and Mechanism by EPS of Mixed SRB Population

  • 摘要: 硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)混合菌群分泌的胞外聚合物(EPS)能有效地吸附水溶液中的Zn2+,在初始ρ(Zn2+)为500mg/L时,EPS对Zn2+的吸附量达到326.07 mg/g.Freundlich方程能相对较好地拟合实验所得吸附数据.SRB混合菌群分泌的EPS的IR分析表明,EPS吸附Zn2+起主要作用的官能团是多聚糖C-O-C,羧基和脂类官能团,而蛋白质和多聚糖的-OH对Zn2+的结合能力有限.

     

    Abstract: The extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) excreted by mixed sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) was effective in adsorbing Zn2+.When the initial mass concentration of Zn2+ was 500 mg/L,the sorption capacity was 326.07 mg/g.The Freundlich model could well describe the experimental data,indicating zinc sorption by EPS involving chemical reaction.IR analysis demonstrated that the group of carboxyl,C—O—C of polysaccharide and lipid was involved in binding Zn2+,and the binding capacity of hydroxyl group and amide to Zn2+ was weak.
