久效磷对黄鳝过氧化氢酶和Na+, K+-ATP酶活性的影响

Effects of Monocrotophos on the CAT and Na+, K+-ATPase Activities in Tissues of Monopterus albus

  • 摘要: 采用静态急性毒性试验方法,研究了久效磷对黄鳝的鳃、肝脏和肾脏组织中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和Na+, K+-ATP酶活性的影响. 结果表明:在水温为(20±2) ℃的条件下,久效磷对黄鳝的96 h LC50为3.27 mg/L. 经0.25,0.50,1.00和2.00 mg/L的久效磷暴露96 h后,0.25和0.50 mg/L暴露组黄鳝3种组织中的CAT活性均比对照组高,其中0.25 mg/L暴露组有显著升高(P《0.05);1.00和2.00 mg/L暴露组的CAT活性受到明显抑制,其中2.00 mg/L暴露组与对照组相比抑制作用显著(P《0.05);不同质量浓度的久效磷对黄鳝3种组织中的Na+, K+-ATP酶活性均表现出抑制作用,Na+, K+-ATP酶活性对久效磷的敏感性由大到小的顺序为鳃》肾脏》肝脏.

     

    Abstract: Using a static toxicity experiment method,the effects of monocrotophos(MCP) on CAT and Na+,K+-ATPase activities in the gill,liver and kidney of Monopterus albus were studied.The results showed that at((20±2) ℃,) the LC50 of MCP for 96 h were 3.27(mg/L) to Monopterus albus.After the 96 h MCP exposure of 0.25,0.50,1.00 and 2.00(mg/L,) the CAT activity in the three tissues increased at the mass concentration of 0.25 and 0.50(mg/L,) but decreased at 1.00 and 2.00(mg/L.)In all the three tissues,the statistic significant increased and decreased alteration was at 0.25(mg/L)(P<0.05) and 2.00 mg/L(P<0.05),respectively.The Na+,K+-ATPase activities in the three tissues were all depressed with the increasing MCP exposure concentrations.The Na+,K+-ATPase activity in gill was more susceptible than kidney,but in the liver it showed no significant alteration.
