Abstract: It is important to change the traditional thought model in the study of the view of scientific development. Traditional economic development model resolves traditional thought model.The view of scientific development demands a new thought model with the rapid economic development.The authors introduced four thought models: from the concept of "information disclosure" and "human rights",building up the thought model of "regulation",and reforming our methods of work in all ways;from the view of advanced culture,developing "green" thought,and carrying economic development to a new stage;from the point of philosophy,surpassing previous regulation,establishing succession "uniform" thought model on the basis of competition;from the idea of "human oriented",carrying "cooperative" thought to solve problem of the economy and the environment thoroughly.
